DriveSafe gives warranty providers and claims teams a faster, more accurate way to handle on-site vehicle inspections. ASE-certified inspectors, photo-documented reports, and predictable turnaround across Greater Houston.
Most claims teams have lived through it: the field visit that gets pushed twice, the report that arrives without photos, the inspector who can't be reached. The cost isn't just the inspection — it's the days added to every claim downstream.
DSIS is the inspection partner we built because we couldn't find one. Predictable SLAs, photo-first reports, a real portal — and inspectors who actually pick up the phone.
DriveSafe operates against a defined set of operational standards. Every metric below is a contractual commitment to our partners — not a marketing claim.
Maximum hours from dispatch acceptance to PDF delivery, Standard tier.
Minimum percentage of dispatches landing inside contracted window.
Minimum time-stamped, geotagged photos per inspection report.
Cities within active dispatch zone. Greater Houston and surrounding metro.
Operational standards · Contracted partners
Every contracted partner receives monthly performance reporting against these standards.
Choose the turnaround your claim needs. Every tier delivers the same report: 30+ time-stamped photographs, structured findings keyed to VIN, and a claims-ready PDF.
Our standard inspection service. A certified inspector will be dispatched to the repair facility, perform a thorough vehicle inspection, and deliver a complete claims-ready report.
Priority dispatch to the front of our inspector queue. Your inspection will be assigned and completed within 24 hours of submission.
Our highest priority service. An inspector is dispatched same day with immediate assignment. Reserved for the most urgent cases requiring immediate on-site verification.
Pricing reflects priority and emergency fees added to your negotiated base contract rate. Volume partners receive custom rate structures. Reach out below to start a partnership conversation.
The DSIS dispatch flow, end-to-end. Once you're contracted, every inspection moves through the same four steps — and you watch it happen in real time from your portal dashboard.
Submit through the client portal once contracted — VIN, location, contact, tier. Takes under a minute.
An ASE-certified inspector near the service location accepts the dispatch via the portal, with accept time tracked against contracted SLA.
In-depth analysis of the requested concern, 30+ time-stamped photos, mileage and VIN verified at the vehicle.
A claims-ready PDF lands in your inbox and your portal record updates to "Completed." Done.
End-to-end visibility · Real-time portal tracking

Full general liability and errors-and-omissions coverage. ASE-certified inspectors. COIs available on request.
Negotiated contract rates, line-item priority/emergency fees. No surprise add-ons, no after-the-fact adjustments — just the rate you signed.
DSIS is building a vetted network of independent ASE-certified inspectors across Greater Houston. If you've got the certifications, the equipment, and a reliable vehicle — we've got the dispatches.

Every inspection is performed by an ASE-certified inspector following a standardized digital checklist. Reports include 30+ time-stamped, geotagged photographs and structured findings keyed to the vehicle's VIN — no free-form notes substituting for evidence.
Each completed report also includes a signed inspector attestation:
"I certify that I performed a thorough, independent vehicle inspection of the vehicle described herein and that the findings recorded in this report are accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. This inspection was conducted in accordance with applicable industry standards and DriveSafe Inspection Services protocols."
The attestation is digitally signed by the inspector via the DSIS Portal and includes their full name, the inspection number, date performed, and inspection site — creating a documented chain of accountability for every claim file.
Standard inspections are committed to a 24–48 hour turnaround, with internal operational targets at 31 hours from dispatch acceptance to PDF delivery. Rush inspections complete within 24 hours, and Emergency dispatches deliver same-day in the Greater Houston service area.
These windows are goals — and we hit them in the vast majority of cases — but real-world inspections occasionally encounter circumstances outside our control. A repair facility may close before the inspector arrives, the vehicle may be released back to the customer, or the facility may need to reschedule access. When these situations occur, we don't push the delay onto the report timeline silently. Our dispatch team contacts the requestor immediately with a status update, the reason for the delay, and a revised completion estimate.
Predictable timing is part of the service. Honest communication when timing slips is the other half.
Every inspector holds current ASE certification and is verified against credential databases before being added to the active dispatch pool. Inspectors carry individual auto and general liability coverage, and DSIS maintains commercial general liability and professional liability (errors-and-omissions) coverage for inspection work performed under our contracts.
Before activation, every inspector completes DSIS-specific training on our inspection methodology, report standards, photo protocols, and portal workflow. This standardized onboarding is what allows us to deliver consistent, defensible reports across the network — regardless of which inspector is dispatched to a given job.
Volume partners receive contract rates structured around their projected monthly inspection volume, with predictable line-item pricing for Standard, Rush, and Emergency tiers. We don't publish flat rates because every claims operation is different — your volume, tier mix, coverage requirements, and workflow integrations all shape the right structure.
Onboarding starts with a partnership conversation: we discuss your inspection projections, your typical tier mix, and any reporting or workflow customizations that would streamline your operation. From there, we build a contract rate that's competitive against market alternatives and fair to both sides — predictable line-item pricing that scales with volume, with no surprise add-ons or after-the-fact adjustments.
Our standard coverage spans the Greater Houston metro and a wide service area extending to communities like Sealy, Conroe, and Cleveland — most of the inspections our partners need fall well within this zone. For genuinely out-of-area work (like the Dallas-Houston corridor), we'll quote a transparent mileage-adjusted rate upfront, never as an after-the-fact charge.
Our goal is to be the most reliable, transparent, and operationally consistent inspection partner you work with — at a rate that makes business sense for the volume you're sending us.
DSIS dispatches across the Greater Houston metro and a wide surrounding service area — including Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Katy, Pearland, Cypress, Pasadena, Baytown, Spring, Fulshear, Friendswood, Deer Park, Tomball, Channelview, and extended communities like Sealy, Conroe, and Cleveland.
For work outside this primary coverage zone — including longer-distance jobs in the Dallas-Houston corridor — we'll quote a transparent mileage-adjusted rate upfront. There's no automatic disqualification based on location; reach out and we'll work out the logistics.
Greater Houston is our launch market, but DSIS is built to scale. Our roadmap includes expanding into the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio metros — bringing the same standardized reporting, photo-first methodology, and operational consistency to claims teams across Texas.
Contracted partners access the DSIS portal at portal.dsisauto.com to submit inspection requests, monitor real-time status, and download claims-ready PDF reports. Every inspection has a unique tracking record from the moment a request is submitted through final delivery.
Inside the portal, clients see live status updates as inspections move through each stage: request submitted, dispatch accepted by inspector, inspector en route, on-site, report drafting, internal QA review, and final delivery. Each stage timestamps automatically, creating a documented audit trail for every inspection in your queue.
Reports are delivered three ways simultaneously: as a downloadable PDF inside the portal, attached to a delivery email, and stored permanently in your portal history. There's no waiting for someone to email you a report — the moment an inspection is finalized, the PDF is available in your dashboard. Past reports stay accessible indefinitely, so claims teams can pull historical inspections any time without re-requesting them.
If something needs attention during an inspection — a delay at the repair facility, a question from the inspector, a finding that warrants a heads-up — our dispatch team reaches out directly via email or phone. The portal handles routine status visibility; our team handles the exceptions. You'll never have to call us asking "where's my report?"
Volume partners are billed monthly on Net 30 terms via ACH. Each invoice itemizes every inspection performed in the prior billing cycle, along with the tier (Standard / Rush / Emergency), inspection number, vehicle VIN, completion date, and any priority or emergency fees applied — giving your accounting team a clean line-item match against work performed.
Net 30 isn't an arbitrary choice. It serves both sides of the partnership: it gives your claims team a built-in window to review completed reports, flag any quality issues, and request revisions before payment is locked in. Standard professional services billing in B2B procurement typically runs Net 30 for exactly this reason — it builds a quality assurance buffer into the relationship rather than rushing payment before reports have been fully reviewed.
For partners who prefer faster payment cycles for early-discount opportunities, we can structure custom payment terms during onboarding. Volume partners with consistent monthly inspection counts may also qualify for billing arrangements tailored to their accounting cycle.
