How it works

Four steps. Nothing to chase.

Request to dispatch to on-site to delivered, with one report at the end of it. The same four steps carry every inspection.

01
Step 01
You submit the request
VIN, location, contact and tier, through the client portal once you are contracted. Under a minute.

02
Step 02
We dispatch
An ASE-certified inspector near the vehicle accepts the job. Certification is current before anyone joins the dispatch pool.
ASE CertifiedApplicants are subject to background checks.
03
Step 03
Inspector on site
Whatever the technician presents is documented at the vehicle — around 30 photographs, mileage and VIN verified in person, labor rate captured. Nothing is disassembled and the vehicle is not operated.

Report delivered
A claims-ready PDF lands in your inbox and your portal record moves to Completed, in 24–48 hours.

In the portal

You watch it move.

Every inspection carries a tracking record from submission to delivery. Stage changes are recorded against the inspection, so the file carries its own audit trail.

The network

Wherever the vehicle sits.

You send the location; we place the inspector. What you never get is a map with your claim outside the line.

How the service area works

Every inspector works a set service radius from their own base. We set it wide, and it travels with the inspector — it is not drawn around one city. Inside it, your contract rate. Beyond it, a mileage-adjusted rate quoted up front; the request stays pending until you accept it, and it is never billed retroactively. There is no automatic disqualification based on location.

01You send the locationVIN, facility, tier. No sales call to find out whether we can take it.
02We place the inspectorASE-certified either way. A new area does not mean a lower standard.
03You see the rate before dispatchContract rate inside the radius, quoted rate beyond it. Before, never after.
04The area stays openOnce we've worked an area it's in the network, and the next request there dispatches like any other.
When something slips

You hear it from us the day we know.

Real jobs hit real obstacles — a facility closes early, the vehicle is released, access has to be rescheduled. What is not acceptable is finding out by chasing us.

01

Same-day escalation

If an inspection is going to miss its window, our dispatch team contacts you the day we know, with the reason and a revised completion time.

Delays
02

15 days to request a revision

Every report is reviewed before it reaches you. If we still missed something, you have 15 days from delivery to ask for it to be corrected.

Revisions
03

A dispute has a path

If you believe a finding is wrong, it goes back through the dispatcher who reviewed it and, where needed, to the inspector who signed it. You get a written answer, and the file records what changed and why. Nothing is settled on a phone call nobody wrote down.

Disputes
Next step

Walk through it with us.

We will take you through the portal, the report and the dispatch flow against your own claim profile. About twenty minutes.

Your claim profile

Volume, vehicle mix, and what your team needs back.

Rates and terms

The report itself

We walk a real one end to end and you tell us what is missing.
